Ticket purchasing

All tickets to events organised and ran by TCAHS are sold through Eventbrite, whose own private policy can be found here. Eventbrite shares your personal information with us when you purchase a ticket for one of our events. Eventbrite shares your name, billing address, email address and total order value with us, which enables us to understand your purchase and contact you, should we need to. Eventbrite does not share any credit or debit card information with us.

Those with access to your information

If you purchase a ticket to one of our events, it may be necessary to pass your contact details to organisations essential to the running of that event. Your information is provided to them on the understanding that it is to be used for this express purpose only. We will never sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, nor will we source information from publicly available third party sources.

Holding your information

If you choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list, your email address will be removed from our database. If we have no contact from you over a three-year period, your information will be added to a ‘do not contact list’ to ensure your details will not be re-added to our database.

Accessing and updating your information

The accuracy of your information is important to us, and we can be contacted about the details we hold about you. This can be to receive a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct any errors, or to ask us to delete your information.
